Lead Product Design for core platform - hiring marketplace. Drive design strategy, lead a talented team, and deliver innovative, data-backed solutions. Requires strong leadership, hands-on design, and marketplace / AI-first UX understanding.

What You'll Do :

  • Design Intelligent Experiences : Architect seamless, smart, personalized AI-driven user journeys.
  • Lead & Inspire : Mentor and guide a design team, fostering excellence.
  • Own the Journey : Define and execute vision for key user flows (Onboarding, Discovery, Application, Retention, Monetization).
  • Drive Design Quality : Ensure top-tier UX / UI, including AI-first UX, from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate Relentlessly : Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Champion Users : Drive research and data-driven decisions to create compelling experiences.
  • Elevate Our Craft : Evolve design practices and systems for consistency and scale.
  • Measure Impact : Define metrics for continuous product improvement.

What You'll Bring :

  • Experience : 7-10 years in Product Design, with 2-3+ years leading design teams.
  • Domain Know-How : Proven mobile app design for two-sided marketplaces or high-engagement B2C platforms.
  • AI-First Mindset : Naturally incorporates AI to elevate user experiences.
  • Leadership Chops : Inspires, grows, and empowers designers with clear communication.
  • Portfolio Power : Stellar portfolio showcasing deep UX / UI, data-informed, user-centered design.
  • Problem Solver : Excels at breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
