Job Description
We are looking for a suitable person for the post of 'Specialst - Sales Operations' to be based out of our Thane office. The person shall be responsible for below mentioned tasks :
Qualifications
Graduate with 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations , preferably in a B2B or industrial sales environment.
Require :
Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting , and pricing strategy
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams
Experience in project management and leading regional initiatives
Familiarity with customer experience programs and distributor management
Strong background in data analysis and reporting tools (Advance Excel, Power BI, etc.)
