The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and collections from municipalities, government departments, railways, MES, industries, hotels, hospitals, and other reputed institutions in the assigned territory. The role involves business expansion, channel partner management, and competition analysis to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Collection
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory through direct and departmental channels.
- Generate business from municipalities, government departments, railways, MES, industries, hotels, hospitals, and other reputed institutions.
- Ensure timely collection from departments and institutions through contractors and EPC partners.
- Conduct regular seminars and displays in departments, government offices, and institutions to promote products and services.
- Expand business within the assigned territory.
Channel Management
Align and onboard key channel partners in the territory.Maintain strong relationships and conduct regular visits to existing channel partners to ensure engagement and performance.Market & Competition Analysis
Monitor competition, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the territory.Performance Measurement
Achievement of annual and quarterly sales budgets.Product-wise performance in respective P&L categories (e.g., Commercial, Industrial, Solar, HM, etc.).Collection and ROD percentage of primary revenue.Channel partner appointments versus target.Leads and bids maintained via SFDC Tool (Lead – 7X, Bid – 4X of target).Key Interactions
