Position Overview :

The purpose of hiring a

Visual Designer

is to elevate the visual identity and design excellence of Keus products by crafting refined, luxurious, and cohesive user interfaces. This role will define and maintain the Keus visual language, integrate motion and interaction design to enhance user experience, and ensure aesthetic consistency across platforms. Additionally, the designer will mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with UX and development teams to deliver visually compelling, production-ready designs that reflect Keus’ premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and direct the visual language of Keus products across platforms, ensuring a refined sense of luxury and simplicity.

Design polished, high-fidelity UI layouts, components, and interactions that elevate the overall user experience.

Develop animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that bring clarity, delight, and motion fluidity to the interface.

Collaborate with the UX Designer to transform user flows into visually cohesive and emotionally resonant experiences.

Guide and mentor the Junior Visual Designer on design systems, layout principles, and visual consistency.

Partner closely with developers to ensure visual precision and fidelity in implementation, including motion accuracy.

Stay ahead of emerging visual and motion trends in luxury, lifestyle, and smart technology domains to inspire the ongoing evolution of the Keus design language.

Consistently delivers high-quality, visually refined UI and motion designs aligned with Keus’ luxury aesthetic.

Maintains a cohesive, scalable visual system across all platforms and touchpoints.

Demonstrates precision and clarity in design handoffs, ensuring seamless implementation.

Elevates the quality of UI and motion output through mentorship and design system enhancements.

Effectively integrates motion to enhance clarity, usability, and user delight.

Adapts quickly to feedback, timelines, and evolving design goals while maintaining excellence.

Collaborates effectively with UX, UI, and development teams to deliver polished, production-ready designs.

Key Competencies :

Design Craftsmanship :

Strong sense of hierarchy, rhythm, color, and spatial balance; ability to craft visually elegant and consistent interfaces.

Tool Proficiency :

Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in motion tools such as After Effects, Principle, or Lottie.

Motion Thinking :

Applies animation and transitions thoughtfully to communicate intent and enhance user experience.

Design Systems Expertise :

Skilled at building, maintaining, and evolving scalable component libraries and design standards.

Collaboration & Communication :

Clearly articulates design rationale and partners effectively with UX and engineering teams.

Mentorship :

Provides constructive direction and guidance to junior designers, strengthening overall design quality.

Trend Awareness :

Continuously explores and applies emerging trends in luxury, lifestyle, and smart technology design.

Bonus :

Experience designing for smart devices, connected ecosystems, or IoT products.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in Visual / UI Design.

Strong portfolio with relevant work
