Job Posting : Senior Merchandiser (Garment Industry)

Location : Infocity, Sector 34, Gurgaon
Joining : Immediate
Salary Range : ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month

About the Role

Ragnik Exports is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Merchandiser to join our growing garment manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in export merchandising, production coordination, and experience working on ERP systems like WFX or BlueKaktus .

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of orders—from sampling to production to final shipment.

Coordinating with buyers, designers, production, QA, and supply chain teams.

Preparing and managing T&A calendars, BOMs, costing sheets, and order trackers.

Ensuring timely approvals of samples, fabrics, trims, and bulk production.

Following up with vendors, mills, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines.

Managing documentation including POs, costing, work orders, and delivery schedules.

Working on ERP platforms ( WFX / BlueKaktus ) for order processing, updates, and reporting.

Ensuring product quality aligns with buyer standards and tech-packs.

Identifying risks and resolving issues across sampling and production phases.

Maintaining strong communication with international buyers and buying houses.

Required Experience & Skills

5–7 years of experience in merchandising within the garment manufacturing / export industry .

Hands-on experience with ERP systems – WFX or BlueKaktus (mandatory) .

Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, production processes, and QC checkpoints.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up abilities.

Ability to handle multiple SKUs and complex styles simultaneously.

Proficiency in Excel, T&A management, costing, and production planning tools.

Experience in women’s and kidswear (preferred but not required).
