▷ Urgent : Controller of Examinations

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller of Examinations at G H Raisoni University,Saikheda located in Saikheda, Chhindwara. The Controller of Examinations will be responsible for overseeing the entire examination process, including planning, administering, and supervising exams. They will ensure the integrity, fairness, and security of the examination processes, manage the development and implementation of examination policies, and collaborate with academic departments to coordinate exam schedules. The role also involves managing exam results, handling student inquiries and grievances regarding examinations, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• PhD in any discipline
• prior experience of Controller of Examinations is must
• Experience in overseeing examination processes and managing exam schedules
• Ability to develop and implement examination policies
• Skills in handling student inquiries and grievances
• Familiarity with ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Relevant experience in an educational institution is a plus
