Job description
  • Oversee end-to-end management of the ERP tool for project setup, tracking, and closure .
  • Maintain project financials including budget vs. actuals , cost allocations , and profitability reports .
  • Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to ensure accurate data input, billing milestones, and resource utilization.
  • Generate and analyze profitability dashboards and performance metrics for management review.
  • Identify and resolve ERP-related issues, coordinate with vendors or IT teams for system enhancements.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives within the ERP platform.
  • Conduct periodic data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy of project-related information.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ERP usage and reporting.
