credit. We’re reimagining credit card products to deliver an unmatched experience to

millions of Indians.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy : Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Market Research : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Product Development : Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Customer Focus & Compliance : Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to the product development process, comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and optimizations.
• Innovation : Stay updated with the latest fintech trends and innovations, proactively incorporating new ideas and technologies into our product.
