Job Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts & Finance professional with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a D2C e-commerce environment . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, preparing and analyzing MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy for financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Manage GST filings, TDS, income tax compliance, and coordinate with auditors and consultants.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to support strategic decisions.
• Track and report P&L, cash flow, inventory, and other key financial metrics on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams for budgeting and forecasting.
• Work on cost optimization strategies and identify areas for financial efficiency.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide actionable insights from financial and operational data for business growth.
