Key Responsibilities :
1. Platform Implementation : Lead the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Viva modules, ensuring alignment with the organizations goals and requirements.
2. Training and Adoption : Design and conduct training sessions to educate employees on Microsoft Viva features, functionalities, and best practices to drive user adoption and engagement.
3. Content Management : Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to curate and organize knowledge articles, learning resources, and relevant content within the Viva platform.
4. Customization and Integration : Customize and integrate Microsoft Viva with existing tools, systems, and processes to enhance its effectiveness and relevance within the organization.
5. Metrics and Insights : Monitor and analyze usage data and employee feedback to measure the impact of Microsoft Viva, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
6. Technical Support : Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users, addressing issues related to Microsoft Viva and ensuring a seamless user experience
