Role Purpose

To drive project sales (B2B / B2C) and elevate brand aesthetics by merging styling expertise with business development. You will create high-value partnerships with design firms, lead client styling consultations, and curate showroom narratives that convert vision into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Sales & Business Development

• Identify, pitch, and secure project partnerships with architects, interior designers, and developers across luxury residential / commercial sectors.
• Develop annual sales targets for the Worli flagship, focusing on bulk / contract orders for large-scale projects.
• Manage client pipelines through CRM tools, from lead generation to post-sale relationship nurturing.
• Negotiate contracts and bespoke pricing for project collaborations.
