We’re looking for two energetic and creative Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to supercharge our outbound sales efforts and fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities. What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage e-commerce business owners globally.
- Understand customer pain points and clearly communicate how our product delivers value.
- Own the top of the sales funnel — from lead generation to qualification (measured on SQLs, not total pipeline).
- Craft highly personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts that stand out from the noise.
- Act as a trusted advisor on discovery calls, helping prospects understand product benefits and use cases.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
What Makes You a Great Fit
A natural salesperson — persuasive, curious, and resilient.1+ year of experience in outbound prospecting at an SMB SaaS or B2B startup (preferred, not mandatory).Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with outreach ideas and messaging.Passionate about conversations and building relationships with potential customers.Proven track record of selling — whether products, ideas, or even side hustles.Core Skills
