As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative (Portuguese / Polish / Finnish), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across calls, chats, and emails. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer requests while maintaining a high level of service in your respective language. Key Responsibilities : Handle customer queries across phone, chat, and email in Portuguese, Polish, or Finnish. Assist customers with order-related issues, including status updates, returns, and modifications. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Proficiency in Portuguese, Polish, or Finnish (spoken and written). Familiar with e-commerce logistics and platforms like Amazon and eBay. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
