Role Description

This is a remote internship role for the position of Game Programmer Intern (Unreal / Unity). The intern will support game development projects by using programming skills to create and enhance gaming features in game engines such as Unreal and Unity. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing code for game mechanics, debugging and optimizing performance, and collaborating with designers and other developers to bring interactive concepts to life.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Game Programming and Game Development principles
• Knowledge of Computer Science concepts and Programming fundamentals
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity and related tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Passion for game development and the gaming industry
• Bachelor's degree (or current enrollment) in Computer Science, Game Development, or related fields is a plus
