Shift – Rotational (2pm – 11pm)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing AI / ML, SaaS, or fast-paced tech projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Delivery : Define objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and monitor detailed project plans to ensure on-time delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal resource utilization.

Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering clear progress updates, highlighting risks, and tracking key milestones.

Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and ensure project continuity.

Agile Leadership : Drive Agile or hybrid methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive documentation and deliver regular progress reports to leadership.

Quality & Standards : Partner with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality and user expectations.

Budget & Resource Oversight : Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships efficiently.

Experience :

10–14 years in software development projects.

8+ years in technical project management.

Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of AI / ML technologies, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Tools & Methodologies : Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools; well-versed in Agile, Scrum, and / or Kanban.

Core Skills : Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing AI / ML or data science projects.

Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.

Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, ReactJS, JavaScript, etc.).

Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
