Date – 19-20 Nov 2025 (Wednesday & Thursday)

Address - World Tech Park, Tower A2-A3, 11th Floor, Sector-30, Gurgaon

Time– 11 : 00am to 1pm

Job Details –

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat channel, providing timely and professional assistance
• Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to resolve customer concerns and enhance your skills.
• Provide detailed product or service information, resolve customer concerns, and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum required experience- 4 Years (Chat) (Either Urdu+English or Bengali+English language is Mandatory)

Minimum Qualification – Undergraduate / Graduate

Salary Maximum Up to – 10LPA take home (Basis interview and last drawn salary) + Incentives
