Relationship Officer – Secured Loans

Job descriptionMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in secured loan sales. Strong understanding of retail lending products and processes. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Officer to manage and grow our secured loan portfolio. The role involves sourcing new customers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and acquire customers for Housing Loan, Mortgage, LAP, and MSME secured loans.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct credit assessments and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.
- Achieve monthly business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
