DHI Solutions - AI Architect

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Solution Designer & Implementor to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI / ML solutions across Retail Analytics Engineering Platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and MLOps, with a focus on building scalable, production-ready enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement enterprise-scale AI / ML solutions, including Generative AI, Agentic systems, and LLM applications (fine-tuning included).
• Design and deploy intelligent AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain & LangGraph to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Build and optimize NLP / document processing pipelines using GCP and Azure tech stacks.
• Lead development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and multi-agent architectures.
• Establish and maintain robust LLMOps / MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
• Develop and deploy models using PyTorch, MLFlow, and FastAPI.
• Implement scalable ML infrastructure with Kubernetes and CI / CD automation (GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and IT infrastructure modernization.
