Operations Associate

About the Role

As an Operations Associate on our Tech Team, you will be the glue that keeps our Data Analytics and Development teams running smoothly. You’ll own the day-to-day coordination of hardware provisioning, office logistics, team culture, tool adoption, and access management—so our engineers and analysts can focus on delivering impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough testing across all environments for product features
• Reproducing reported issues and communicating resolutions to the relevant team with minimal developer involvement.
• Coordinate procurement , facilities teams and delivery of laptops, monitors, peripherals, and VPN for new hires and existing team members.
• Collect status updates, and track completion in project-management tools(Ex : Click up)
• Proactively follow up on outstanding items and report metrics to your lead
• Act as communication hub—broadcast key updates across relevant Teams channels
• Keep up-to-date work-log records for all team members
• Organize team-wide events and outings (venue bookings, catering, transportation)
