Our commitment to excellence and strong industry relationships make us a trusted partner in the Hyderabad real estate market.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive at AJ Starlite (CP Firm), located in Alkapur Township, Manikonda, Hyderabad.The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including- Identifying and connecting with potential clients.- Cold calling.- Converting cold call to site visits.- Showcasing properties with Site Visits ( Travelling to multiple projects across Hyderabad).- Regular follow-ups with Clients.- Managing negotiations- Closing sales.- After Sales support.The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with developers and staying updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice and assistance.Qualifications- Sales and Negotiation skills- Client Relationship Management and excellent Communication skills- Hyderabad Real Estate Market Analysis and Research skills- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational and time management skills- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field- 0 to 2 years of experience is preferred.
