Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through activities such as quality control, quality assurance, and product testing. They will oversee the quality management system, monitor operational processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance the product quality. Additionally, the role involves implementing quality improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Engineering, including the ability to design and implement quality standards.
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor and analyze product performance.
• Familiarity with Product Quality processes to ensure all products meet required specifications.
• Knowledge of Quality Management principles to develop, maintain, and improve quality systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Experience in mechanical systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
