Azure Data Analyst

2 Required Technical Skill Set

• SQL / COSMOS, MS Office

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Good exposure towards Azure services

2. Must have 5+ years of analysis experience

3. Intermediate level proficiency with SQL, specifically well versed with analytical features.

4. Experience with Big Data / Analytics platforms / languages, Hive / Spark and Python / R.

5. Experience with PowerBI or Tableau or other BI platforms to develop reports and dashboards.

6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience, technical and non-technical.

7. Hands-on to get things done fast and ability to work without continual guidance.

8. Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.

9. Should be able to

a. Analyzes complex business problems using data from internal and external sources.

b. Analyzes and defines metrics that tie back to business performance and initiatives.

c. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns to attribute key business drivers.

d. Directly produces datasets and reports for analysis using databases and reporting tools, mapping to business requirements.

e. Provides actionable insights to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance.

Good-to-Have

1. Hands on experience with Python

2. Understanding of Advance analytics areas

3. Enperience with Telemetry data
