As an
M&A Analyst
, you will be instrumental in executing the company's inorganic growth strategy, driving a robust pipeline of acquisitions that enhance the
HighRadius
product strategy and market position within the Office of the CFO software industry.
Key Responsibilities
M&A Strategy & Sourcing
Develop a deep, expert-level understanding
of the Office of the CFO software landscape, proactively tracking key industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technology developments.
Identify M&A opportunities
that strategically align with and augment the HighRadius product vision and growth goals.
Generate a continuous deal flow
of relevant M&A targets through comprehensive primary and secondary research.
Formulate compelling M&A theses
and create executive-ready collateral for HighRadius CXOs to support strategic decision-making.
Deal Execution & Due Diligence
Lead and program-manage
end-to-end due diligence across all critical workstreams, including financial, technology, operations, and people / cultural integration.
Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis
to assess target valuation and projected return on investment.
Synthesize key findings
and develop clear, executive-ready presentations to support go / no-go decisions and transaction recommendations.
Required Experience & Skills
Professional Background :
1–3 years of experience in M&A, investments, corporate development, industry research, or B2B SaaS Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.
SaaS Ecosystem :
Exposure to the Enterprise SaaS ecosystem is preferred, though not mandatory.
Communication :
Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical & Leadership :
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional due diligence teams.
