Hiring : C++ Developer with PL / SQL – L2 Support

Location : Pune , Chennai , Koch i , Thiruvananthapuram

We’re looking for an experienced C++ Developer with strong Oracle PL / SQL skills to join our L2 Support team working on critical healthcare applications, specifically in the Medicare and claims management space.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 support for production apps developed in C++ and PL / SQL .
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Medicare claims and eligibility.
• Debug C++ and PL / SQL code; develop fixes and enhancements.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and support teams.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Work with Control-M for job scheduling and batch scripts.
• Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support.
