Role Summary
We're looking for a multi-talented Digital Marketing & Social Media Associate to execute across social engagement, influencer outreach, email marketing, and partnerships. This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who thrives on wearing many hats, experimenting with new platforms, and embracing AI-powered tools to scale impact.
You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to help us expand our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other key channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage organic posting calendars for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and community engagement.
- Repurpose creative content into platform-specific storytelling.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for brand visibility.
Influencer & Affiliate Outreach
Identify and reach out to influencers / micro-influencers for product launches.Coordinate product seeding, partnerships, and campaign deliverables.Build and manage an affiliate / blogger outreach pipeline.Email & Campaign Support
Set up and execute email campaigns, flows, and newsletters.Collaborate with the creative team on assets and messaging.Use AI tools to draft, test, and optimize campaigns.Cross-Functional Marketing Tasks
Support partnership initiatives and affiliate relationships.Assist in setting up reports and content calendars.Help ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.Who You Are
4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles.Hands-on experience with TikTok content and campaigns (required).Familiarity with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) publishing tools.Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.Excited to learn and adopt AI tools to scale marketing work.Organized, proactive, and execution-focused — you thrive on getting things done.Success Criteria
Platform Growth : Consistent organic posting and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with measurable growth in followers, reach, and interactions.Influencer & Affiliate Impact : Successful onboarding of new influencers / affiliates each quarter, driving user-generated content and product exposure.Campaign Execution : On-time delivery of email and social campaigns with high engagement and brand consistency.AI Adoption : Demonstrates effective use of AI for campaign setup, content drafting, and automation, freeing up time for higher-impact tasks.Cross-Team Support : Smooth coordination with marketing, creative, and performance teams — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Skills Required
