Job description3+ years in QA / Test Engineering and automation testing (Salesforce focus). Strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or CI / CD pipelines. Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, APIs, SOQL. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Visualforce, LWC, and Apex. ISTQB, Copado, or Salesforce certifications preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Role : Senior Quality Test Engineer
Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)
Contract Duration : Long Term
Work Schedule : 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)
Location : Hybrid in Bangalore, India (2xdays onsite)
Role Overview :
Responsible for developing and executing automation and performance tests, enhancing QA processes, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve testing efficiency, product quality, and compliance with business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute automated and performance tests for Salesforce applications.
- Configure, maintain, and administer testing tools and environments.
- Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and best practices for QA.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align testing with requirements.
- Participate in Agile / Scrum delivery cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.
