Manager – IP Design

BSEE / MSEE under Electronics or Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering department

15+ years relevant digital IP / SoC Design experience

Required Skills

Proficiency in RTL design skills with Verilog, VHDL and System Verilog hardware coding languages

Deep understanding of digital design principles, synthesis, timing analysis, and verification methodologies

Expert user of different tools for the development of IP such as synthesis, simulation, linting, CDC, etc.

Typically, responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other Engineers

Understand Standard Specifications / the functional specifications / feature enhancements for the product and create micro-architecture and detailed design for the IP cores in protocol areas such as AMBA (AMBA2, AXI) / SD / eMMC / DDR / PCIe / Ethernet / MIPI / DSPs – FFT, FIR a nd Avionics – 1553

Experience working on high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, JESD, PCIe, DDR, USB, etc.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with scripting languages (TCL, Python, etc.) is a plus
