Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Mechatronics Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting assessments, delivering training programs, designing course materials, providing mentorship, and evaluating student performance. They will also be required to keep up-to-date with industry advancements and implement best practices in training sessions.

Qualifications

• Assessments, Teaching, Coaching, and Mentoring experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Mechatronics systems and Industry 4.0 technologies
• Prior experience in curriculum design and training methodologies
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications in mechatronics or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field
