Job description
  • Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, Income Tax).
  • Handle Labour Laws compliance, Return Filings, MCA filings, resolutions, Assessments etc.
  • Ensure timely statutory compliance and support audits, reply of notices and attend hearings.
  • Provide tax planning, advisory, and risk management support.
  • Dealing with commercial tax departments and consultants / auditors for tax audit, statutory audit and other reviews
  • Provide Tax related advisory on business transactions, vendor / customers contracts, and new business models
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statements

    • Qualifications :

    • Semi-qualified CA / CS / Accounts & Finance.
    • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Labour Laws & Corporate Compliance.
    • Hands-on experience in return filings, assessments & regulatory submissions
