Manager / Sr. Manager Client Servicing (Events & Exhibitions)

Expression 360 Services India Ltd. | Delhi (On-site)

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Events and Exhibitions division . The person will manage large-scale events from start to finish — handling clients, teams, budgets, and overall project delivery.

Agency Experience with government or PSU clients is Mandatory.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the planning and execution of all events and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle client communication and make sure all their needs are met.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendors to ensure quality and cost control.
  • Work with the creative team to bring new and innovative ideas to every project.
  • Ensure all safety, compliance, and quality standards are followed.
  • Bring in new ways of working using modern technology and sustainable practices.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing large events and exhibitions.
  • 5+ years of experience of handling clients directly.
  • Experience with government or PSU projects is Mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills are a must.
