Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Service Delivery with a strong understanding of IT / OT infrastructure and project management to oversee the lifecycle of demand requests (DMND) and projects within our Site infrastructure team.
In terms of delivery, OT at Site Infrastructure has three main focus :
- OT Box new deployment and revamping (through DMNDs)
- OT Node new deployment
- Any other OT related DMNDs (new VM creation, site architecture design, audit,...)
Key Responsibilities :
OT Box new deployment and revampingResponsible of the deployment of OT boxes,Frame, quote and assign DMND to OT Solution Experts within the site infrastructure team, considering scope, DMND complexity, knowledge, and capacity of each OT SE.Assign DMND to other Service Lines OT experts or Demand Manager. Make sure that all key Service Lines are included in the Demand.Actively participate in DDS weekly meetings, challenging DDS and business on the expected day-to-day timeline and infrastructure prerequisites.Inform and communicate to DDS and business key deployment milestones (customer SPOC)Follow up the entire OT box deployment process with other Service Lines.Overview the global DMND realization & escalate any risks, difficulties & delays to the OT Deployment Coordinator during weekly meetings.OT Node ProjectConstruct & maintain timeline construction for future deployments with DDSs through weekly meetings.Assign Site Infrastructure resources to each deployment.Coordinate with other Service Lines on resources allocation.Escalate any risks, difficulties & delays to the OT Deployment Coordinator during weekly meetings.Other OT related DMNDsFrame, quote and assign OT DMNDs to the right stakeholders among GIO Service LinesLiaise with Business Partners regarding missing information on specific DMND, cost modifications, urgent DMND screening requests, and customer updates.Communicate with clients regarding specific DMND information, new processes, technical solution advice, process advice, and solution delivery delays.Overview the global DMND realization & escalate any risks, difficulties & delays to the OT Deployment Coordinator during weekly meetings.Specific Manager Topics :
Address urgent topics as assigned by the manager.Prepare and deliver occasional presentations on specific topics.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in demand management or project coordination in IT domains(infrastructure, security, etc.).Experience in OT is a plus.Good knowledge of security (firewalls), network (switches) and system (VMs, servers) assets.Good knowledge of standards and regulations related to OT systems.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Excellent communication and stakeholders management abilities, both internal and external.Proficiency in tracking and reporting on multiple concurrent demands.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Familiarity with best practices within project management methodologies and tools.ITIL knowledge is nice to have(ref : hirist.tech)
