Background in Fashion & Lifestyle is a plus
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining client relationships
Analytical Skills to evaluate customer concerns and identify effective solutions
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience in a customer-oriented environment is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
