CTC : Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum

Reporting To : Accounts Manager / HR Head

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing , statutory compliance related to PF & ESIC , and required accounting support within our manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, Indian labour law compliances, and hands-on experience with PF / ESIC portals and payroll software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in salary, attendance, leave encashment, overtime, and statutory deductions.
• Prepare salary statements, payslips, and payroll registers.
• Handle new joiner entries, resignations, and full & final settlements.
• Validate attendance data with HR and department heads before payroll runs.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete accuracy in payroll records.
