Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Experience : 3+ Years (Minimum 2 years in AI / ML)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.).
• Build AI-powered applications, agents, and automation workflows.
• Create and maintain prompt engineering strategies for reliability, accuracy, and safety.
• Integrate GenAI models into production systems via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and develop prototypes / MVPs.
• Evaluate model performance, conduct A / B tests, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data privacy, and security guidelines.
• Write documentation, technical specs, and deployment guides.
• Stay updated on the latest AI research, tools, and best practices
