Role & Responsibilities :
- Monitor batch processes to identify and escalate failures promptly, ensuring minimal business impact.
- Manage incident and service request tickets by escalating or resolving them in alignment with defined procedures.
- Perform system housekeeping tasks including scheduled shutdowns and startups, adhering to SLAs and operational protocols.
- Conduct real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure and application systems, ensuring incident management meets SLA commitments.
- Maintain and complete daily operational checklists and reporting documentation accurately.
- (For Senior Operations Analyst) Oversee shift activities, ensuring workload distribution aligns with SLA targets and provide subject matter expertise and guidance to team members.
Key Skills
Following Key Skills are required :
Proven experience in first-line computer operations support within the financial services domain.Hands-on knowledge of batch scheduling tools such as Control-M and JP1.Proficient in providing first-level support for Unix and Windows operating systems.Working experience with AS400 or Mainframe systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.Experience using service / incident management tools, preferably ServiceNow.Capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment with evolving requirements.Skills Required
