Job description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with hands on experience in handling both IT and Non-IT positions across multiple industries.

  • Position : Recruiter ( IT & Non-IT )
  • Experience : Minimum 3+ Years
  • Location : Hybrid / Remote ( Preferably candidates based in Bangalore or willing to work in Bangalore )
  • Salary : Based on experience + 0% tax Deductions
  • Employment Type : Full-Time | Permanent

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
  • Proven experience in headhunting and working with multiple sourcing tools .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines.
  • Experience recruiting for Middle East markets (added advantage).

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing platforms such as , Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, and Google Search to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments and ensure strong alignment with client or internal requirements.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring and niche positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and communication records systematically.
