Job Description :

Backend Developer with 7 yrs of exp (Java with Oracle Database)

Responsibilities :

Design develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot ).

Build and maintain RESTful APIs consumed by frontend and mobile apps.

Implement security best practices including authentication and data protection.

Develop and optimize database interactions with Oracle Database.

Write efficient SQL queries stored procedures and perform performance tuning on Oracle.

Manage connection pooling and transactions for Oracle Database.

Use ORM frameworks like Hibernate or Spring Data JPA for Oracle integration.

Write automated unit and integration tests to maintain backend code quality.

Work with DevOps teams for CI / CD pipelines and deployments.

Participate in Agile workflows including sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency inJava and Spring Boot framework.

Hands-on experience withOracle DatabaseSQL query optimisation schema design indexing and PL / SQL.

Experience usingJDBC or Spring Data JPA for Oracle connectivity.

Familiarity withOracle-specific features such as partitioning sequences and advanced indexing.

Experience implementing authentication protocols(OAuth JWT).

Proficiency with build toolsGradle Groovy.

Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud services AWS is a plus.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
