Job Description
- 12+ years of experience in web content management and digital experience platforms.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.X and above).
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including dispatcher, replication agents, workflows, and Sling models.
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products and their integration with AEM.
- Proficiency in Java, JCR, Apache Sling, OSGi, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud-based AEM (Adobe as a Cloud Service) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AEM-based solutions across multiple projects.
- Define and enforce best practices for AEM development, deployment, and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to align AEM capabilities with business goals.
- Architect integrations between AEM and other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.G., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
- Design and implement integrations with third-party Martech tools (e.G., CRM, CDP, DAM, personalization engines).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct performance tuning, security reviews, and scalability assessments.
- Stay current with AEM product updates and industry trends to guide platform evolution.
