Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Leadership :
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across locations, ensuring smooth workplace functioning and business continuity.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Supervise and mentor admin teams, housekeeping, security, facility executives, and support staff.
- Plan annual admin budgets and ensure optimized allocation and cost controls.
Facility & Office Management :
Manage infrastructure, workspace planning, maintenance, utilities, and office safety.Coordinate with facility vendors for timely repairs, preventive maintenance, AMC renewals, and SLA adherence.Ensure adherence to statutory compliance for facility management (Fire / NOC / environmental / municipal & local body regulations).Vendor & Procurement Management :
Identify and onboard vendors for facility, travel, security, housekeeping, logistics, pantry, transportation, IT assets, and office supplies.Negotiate contracts and track vendor performance through periodic reviews.Manage purchase requisitions, billing, and reconciliation with finance(ref : iimjobs.com)
