Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager Intern located in Mumbai. The Account Manager Intern will be responsible for daily client interactions, managing client accounts, assisting in strategy development, and ensuring client satisfaction. Tasks include coordinating with different departments, handling client queries, and ensuring the timely delivery of services.

This is a paid internship with the potential for a full-time offer.

Qualifications

Client interaction and Communication skills

Account Management and Strategy Development skills

Organizational and Coordinating abilities

Problem-solving and Time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office, Notion, G-suite

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Prior experience in client handling or related field is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
