Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Architect to join our Expert Services team. In this role, you will own and work closely with our customers to implement and optimize Saviynt's solutions, ensuring they achieve the highest level of security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing?

• Implementation Ownership : Own end-to-end technical implementation and ensure on-time delivery of Saviynts solutions, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring quick time to value for our customers.
• Client Management : Manage both technical and non-technical communication with customer / partner stake holders. Ensure accountability across internal and customer teams for on-time delivery of projects. Identify technical risks ahead and work closely with internal and customer / partners teams for timely mitigation / resolution of the risks.
• Thought Leadership : Demonstrate thought leadership through insightful review of the implementation, comparative analysis of solution options and recommendations. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape, share insights and contribute to the community through public forums, publishing articles etc.
• Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor to customers / partners, helping them with strategic roadmaps and industry best practices
• Drive Innovation : Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new design principles, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve Saviynt solutions
• Team Development : Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and knowledge sharing within the organization
