Your Role
- Manage and streamline the partner onboarding and enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new partners.
- Oversee deal registration approvals and opportunity management in Salesforce and Vartopia, working closely with channel representatives and sales teams.
- Resolve internal and external partner queries promptly, enhancing overall partner satisfaction.
- Create, maintain, and deliver accurate reporting on pipeline and booking management to internal stakeholders.
- Enhance current operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and compliance with vendor requirements.
- Support the training and development of junior analysts within the Channel Operations team.
- Collaborate across teams to identify operational trends and implement necessary procedural improvements.
- Conduct regular cleanup of databases in Salesforce and manage channel accounts and contact information effectively.
