About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Salesforce CPQ to own, optimize, and evolve our CPQ platforms across the global Quote-to-Cash ecosystem. This role blends technical leadership, operational service ownership, business partnership, innovation, and vendor governance to ensure scalable and high-performing CPQ capabilities that directly impact sales velocity and revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end responsibility for service delivery and operations of Salesforce CPQ, ensuring high stability, consistent uptime, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive ITSM best practices across incident management, change & release management, and root cause analysis.
- Implement proactive monitoring, issue triaging, performance tuning, and capacity planning for CPQ environments.
- Lead lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, license governance, and security compliance.
- Act as the strategic link between Sales, Commercial Operations, IT, Finance, and key business leaders.
- Conduct regular requirement-gathering and roadmap discussions with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure Salesforce CPQ supports critical business capabilities such as : Pricing strategies, Subscription / renewal models
- Product bundling & guided selling Discount governance & approval workflows Quote-to-order execution Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans and value metrics.
- Identify and drive automation and process optimization across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle using Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and ERP / MDM integrations.
- Introduce best-in-class practices for configuration rules, pricing engines, workflows, and UX / UX enhancements.
- Lead cloud-based CPQ optimizations and integrations with SAP / ERP / MDM tools via platforms like Boomi or MuleSoft.
- Improve sales insights and performance analytics using Salesforce reporting or BI tools.
- Own strategic relationships with CPQ and Salesforce implementation partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience managing Salesforce CPQ delivery and operations in enterprise environments.Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, pricing models, product configuration, and sales operations.Experience with CRM / CPQ integrations with ERP / MDM systems (SAP preferred).Demonstrated ability to manage tech roadmaps, platform upgrades, cross-functional releases, and governance.Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leadership across business and IT.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.Experience leading onshore / offshore teams and vendor resources.Nice to Have :
