Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Concept Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic skills, the ability to visualize unique concepts, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves creating high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, and game assets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original and creative concept art for characters, environments, and props, along with some UI.
• Translate ideas from design briefs and game documents into compelling visuals.
• Work closely with art directors, leads, and 3D teams to maintain consistency of art style.
• Provide multiple variations and iterative feedback-based improvements.
• Use both manual artistic techniques (sketching, painting) and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, Gemini AI,etc) where applicable.
• Create presentation-ready assets : sketches, base colors, polished renders, and expressions.
• Mentor junior artists, provide feedback, and help maintain high production quality standards.
• Manage timelines and deliverables within monthly billing cycles.
