Your goal is to ensure that only skilled, reliable, and high performing experts are showcased on our Marketplace.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has deep technical experience and enjoys analyzing code quality, architecture, performance, and overall development standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the technical profiles, portfolios, and project submissions of developers applying to join our Marketplace.
• Evaluate web applications, mobile applications, and software projects for quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Inspect code samples to assess structure, logic, documentation, naming practices, and adherence to modern development standards.
• Check the correctness and clarity of technical documentation, setup instructions, and deployment notes.
• Validate the use of frameworks, libraries, databases, and architectural choices based on industry best practices.
• Assess communication tone, clarity, and professionalism in client interactions to ensure reliable service quality.
• Identify code issues, red flags, and technical inconsistencies that may affect long term stability.
• Prepare clear and structured evaluation notes to help curate strong technical talent for our Marketplace.
• Stay updated on modern full stack technologies by following trends in backend development, frontend development, cloud services, and software engineering practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine technical evaluation rubrics, guidelines, and quality standards.
