Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Malappuram. The Sales Associate will assist in handling daily sales activities, managing customer relationships, identifying potential leads, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting and demonstrating products or services, negotiating sales deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including customer relationship management and lead identification
• Market research and product / service presentation skills
• Negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in sales or a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
