We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales and Strategy professional. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across sales and other functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner 🤝 with sales leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Drive sales forecasting 📊 , pipeline management, and performance reporting , ensuring accuracy and predictability.
- Provide actionable insights through data analytics, sales performance reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business objectives.
- Define and track sales KPIs / metrics to measure effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Support annual planning, territory / quota allocation , and incentive / compensation design.
- Act as a trusted advisor 🧑 💼 to sales teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations .
Qualifications
🎓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field, MBA preferred.4–8 years of experience 💼 in Sales and Strategy Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.Proven track record in sales operations management, including forecasting, reporting, and process improvement in a global sales environment.Strong expertise 🤝in client engagement, account management, and stakeholder collaboration, pipeline management, and forecasting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Why Join Denave?
