AM / DM-Production & Quality (Moulding)

We are looking for an experienced AM / DM (Assistant / Deputy Manager) - Production & Quality with a strong background in Moulding . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality systems. You will play a key role in managing our production lines, liaising with OEM customers , and upholding the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Performance Monitoring : Monitor and review daily production data on the shop floor. You will conduct manpower planning and ensure all activities align with production goals.
• Process & Quality Management : Drive process review and support the implementation of permanent corrective actions. You must have a strong knowledge of Moulding , Quality Systems , and customer-specific systems like those of MSIL and SMG .
• Customer & Automation : Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers . You will also be involved in managing automation systems to optimize production processes.
