The

Senior Manager – SAP Solution Architect

will lead SAP transformation programs for industrial clients. The role focuses on

manufacturing, operations, and supply chain optimization , designing

scalable SAP solutions

aligned with business and digital strategies. The person will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support cloud migrations, ensure adherence to standards, and mentor consultants.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Architect and implement SAP solutions across

PP, PM, MM, and EHS

modules.

Lead

SAP-to-cloud migration

and hybrid deployment strategies.

Work with business and technical teams to define

solution roadmaps .

Ensure compliance with

SAP coding, integration, and security standards .

Mentor SAP consultants and contribute to

delivery excellence .

Drive continuous improvement and support process optimization initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Job Specification

1. Qualifications

Essential :

Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / BE) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 14 years of total experience, including 5+ years in SAP architecture.

Desirable :

MBA or Postgraduate degree.

SAP certifications in relevant modules.

2. Experience

Proven experience with

SAP S / 4HANA

and

ECC

implementations.

Strong expertise in

SAP PP / PM

modules.

Hands-on experience with

SAP Integration tools

(PI / PO, CPI).

Exposure to

SAP BTP ,

SAP Analytics Cloud , and

EHS

modules preferred.

Experience with

cloud platforms

like

Azure / AWS .

Industrial / manufacturing domain experience is highly desirable.
