Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Executive role in NPD- Packaging Development for the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will lead packaging development initiatives, oversee quality checks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation to enhance product packaging. The role requires ensuring cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and adherence to packaging compliance standards. The position is based on-site in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to achieve project goals on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Packaging Development, including knowledge of materials, design, and innovation strategies.
• Must have experience in FMCG (Food and Non-food)
• Proficiency in quality assurance and control standards to ensure compliance with regulatory and product safety requirements.
• Experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on sustainability and innovative packaging, is highly desirable.
• Experience with New Product Development (NPD), including project management, prototyping, and enhancing production processes.
• Understanding of FMCG marketing trends and the ability to align packaging solutions with consumer preferences and brand identity.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams and external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Packaging Technology, Material Science, or a related field is preferred.
